Jael (Hebrew '''Ya'el'''), is mentioned in the Book of Judges in the Hebrew Bible, as a heroine who killed Sisera to deliver Israel from Jabin. She was besides a married woman of Heber the Kenite.
God told Deborah (a prophetess & leader) that he would deliver Israel from either Jabin. Deborah known as Barak to make higher an army to lead into battle against Jabin on the plain of Esdraelon. Jabin's army was captained by Sisera (Judg. 4:2), world health organization fled a battle when tons was misused.
Jael received a fleeing Sisera at a class action settlement of Heber on the plain of Zaanaim. Jael welcomed him into her collapsible shelter using apparent cordial reception. She 'gave him butter' (we.e. 'lebben', or even coagulated milk) 'inside the lordly dish'. With drunk a refreshing drink, he lay down & before long sank into a sleep of the weary. When he lay asleep Jael crept stealthily as much as him, holding the tent peg & the mallet. She drove it across his temples by using such inflict that it entered into a ground following. & 'at her feet he bowed, he fell; in which he bowed, there he fell down dead'.
Following of a slaying of Sisera, God gave the triumph to Israel. A praise given to 'blessed' Jael in the Bible, is given for her action.
